The RISE program provides students with one hour of sports and fitness activities twice a week, creating a consistent rhythm of movement to help them stay active, strong, and healthy.

A third weekly fitness day, led in partnership with Riekes, adds vigorous activity to meet national recommendations for elementary-age children. RISE also integrates health-focused topics like nutrition, oral health, and sleep into ESL classes, reinforcing wellness habits across generations.
