Building Trust: RISE Academic Empowerment is the result of years of walking alongside families in North Fair Oaks. Four years of tutoring children, teaching parents practical English, and mentoring teens into their first jobs. This trusted work has shaped who we are today: a nonprofit focused on whole-family growth.

Broad Impact: We know families thrive when every member is supported. That’s why we bring academic support, ESL classes, advocacy skills, health and wellness learning, and youth employment into one coordinated program. Children gain the tools to succeed in school, parents learn to speak up for their children and navigate daily life with confidence, and teens earn their first paychecks, often inspiring their younger siblings.
